2.1 All sales of PPV access are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
2.2 Access to the PPV stream is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing or reselling access is strictly prohibited.
2.3 The event organizers reserve the right to revoke access without refund for any violation of these Terms & Conditions. 3.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable Policy
3.1 No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, user error, or dissatisfaction with the content.
3.2 In the event of a broadcast interruption or technical failure on the part of the event organizers, efforts will be made to restore the stream as soon as possible. 4.⁠ ⁠Technical Requirements
4.1 It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they have the necessary technical equipment and internet connection to view the PPV stream.
4.2 The event organizers are not responsible for any technical issues on the purchaser's end, including but not limited to poor internet connection, device compatibility, or software issues. 5.⁠ ⁠Event Changes
5.1 The event organizers reserve the right to make alterations to the time and date of the PPV event without prior notice.
5.2 In the event of any changes, the event organizers will make reasonable efforts to inform purchasers. 6.⁠ ⁠Intellectual Property
6.1 All content provided through the PPV stream is the intellectual property of the event organizers and is protected by applicable laws.
6.2 Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of the PPV stream is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. 7.⁠ ⁠Liability
7.1 The event organizers accept no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred as a result of purchasing or viewing the PPV stream.
7.2 Purchasers view the PPV stream at their own risk. The event organizers are not liable for any personal injury, illness, or loss caused by viewing the PPV stream. 8.⁠ ⁠Use of Data
8.1 By purchasing access to the PPV stream, purchasers consent to the collection and use of their data in accordance with the event organizers' privacy policy.
8.2 Personal information will be used solely for the purpose of providing access to the PPV stream and will not be shared with third parties without consent. 9.⁠ ⁠Governing Law
9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event is hosted.
9.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or the PPV event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.10.⁠ ⁠Amendments
10.1 The event organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
